Regular Menu
- Mini blini with smoked salmon and dill–lemon cream
- Tuna tartare with wasabi mayonnaise
- Truffle and Parmesan risotto
- Slow-braised veal shoulder with port sauce, pommes Anna and glazed winter vegetables
- Chocolate ganache tart with caramelised orange and a crisp cookie
Christmas Menu
For our Christmas Menu we have an extra course and 30 minutes longer ride
- Scallop carpaccio with yuzu, samphire & avocado
